This week the Twisted Thursday challenge was to incorporate distressing onto our cards, but they also wanted us to create a Christmas themed card too. Since I am really enjoying making these Dahlia fold flowers, I thought I would use them for my card.

and here is my Christmas card with a twist…
I really wish I could remember what the dp is that I used to make the flowers…I LOVE this paper and I have saved every little scrap (but that also could be due to the fact that it cost $2 a sheet:) The cs are Garden Green, Cranberry and Colonial White. The sentiment is from the December Word Puzzle and the flower stem is from the From Me to You ss. Both are stamped with Garden Green ink. I added 3 Silver Bigger Brads and finally I scissor distressed the edges of the flowers and the card.
